I got this app when I first decided to quit smoking. I had smoked for many years and wasnt to sure of myself. This tracker is honestly what kept me going. When I felt tempted, Id get on my app and read my progress and being able to see and read about my results help me not smoke. I have been smoke free now for 1 year and 4 months and my success is thanks to this app.
I love that I can see exactly how long its been since I quit smoking in an easy and pleasing interface. My one criticism is that I cannot properly input the cost of a pack of cigarettes in the settings. It wont let me enter a double digit number ($11, for example). Cigarettes are expensive in NY! Also, maybe add settings for rolled tobacco cigarettes without filter.
